In 1977, Frank Edward Kocs and his wife Judi, moved from Southern California to the beautiful Central Coast to establish the Law Offices of Frank E. Kocs. They had one child, Frank Michael Kocs, that quickly developed an unmatched passion for the practice of law. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Frank M. Kocs immediately enrolled into law school. Upon passing the bar exam, Frank M. Kocs joined his father’s practice in December 2010, as an associate attorney. In January 2017, Frank M. Kocs took over the family-owned business, and is now proudly providing legal services to residents throughout California and San Luis Obispo County.
